Instead of putting more unneeded construction in the Tri-Cities, they should just fix up what we already have. The Columbia Park has a lot of unseen potential and if somebody would fix it up as in maintaining the grass, doing something about the goose feces, and maybe adding a few more basketball courts and swing sets it could be more enjoyable for a lot more people.

One of the greatest things about the Tri-Cities is the riverfront. When it gets hot out, everyone heads down there, so just clean it up and add some little things.
