Homer Samuel Joseph Raekes, 83, of Richland, died March 14 in Richland.

He was born in Montague, Mich., and had lived in the Tri-Cities for 72 years.

He was a retired nuclear laboratory technician.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
