A free fitness demonstration will be part of the grand opening of supplement store Complete Nutrition Tri-Cities from 12:30 to 2 p.m. today at 2584 Queensgate Drive, Richland.

RSA CrossFit's athletes will be showing a "workout of the day" to spectators and customers. The workout is one from the CrossFit Open, a worldwide competition between CrossFit athletes.

Roger Baker, owner of RAB Fitness in Kennewick, is sponsoring the demonstration.
