SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- Connie Jane (Richey) Eshleman, 60, of Santa Cruz, Calif., died March 7 in Santa Cruz.
She was born in Richland and moved to California in 1972.
She was an interior designer and real estate investor/property manager.
