I would like to see warm, sunny --but not real hot -- days on the river. That includes nice weather for long cruises up and down the river with out any rain. Gentle breezes, but no dust storms would be ideal. There are few places along the river that are convenient to access from a boat to get something to eat at a price everyone can afford.

I have been boating on the river since I was a youngster and now I am an old long-retired guy and still boating on the Columbia River
