"Mastering Sales: The Engine that Drives Your Company" will be the topic of the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce's March 21 Business Development University.

Gloria and Gale Lyon, certified business coaches and behavioral analysts, will discuss the psychology of sales.

You'll learn how to define your ideal prospect, how to professionally overcome objections, understand the art of questions and identify and adapt your own behavior style to inspire the best in others and achieve success.

The workshop runs from 1-3 p.m. in the Bechtel Board Room at the Tri-Cities Business & Visitor Center. Cost is $25 for chamber members, $35 for non members.
