The Pasco Chamber of Commerce's upcoming March 11 lunch will feature Chris Cargill, the Washington Policy Center's Eastern Washington director.

Cargill will discuss the recent Supreme Court decision that threw out a two-thirds majority requirement for tax increases and will provide a mid-session legislative update.
