Emilly Kelly and Elizabeth Castro were named Columbia Basin College's All-USA Academic All Stars, earning them a $750 scholarship.

Kelly, a communications major, will graduate at the end of winter quarter. Castro is a Running Start student and is majoring in international studies.

Both students are eligible for a national scholarship through PTK and will meet with Gov. Jay Inslee at a reception in Olympia on March 21.
