Thor Joseph Longley, 89, of Kennewick, died March 5 at Canyon Lakes Restorative and Rehab Center in Kennewick.

He was born in Rock Springs, Wyo., and lived in Redmond, Ore. before moving to Kennewick eight months ago.

He was a retired water resources engineer for the State of Colorado.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
