Richland employees relocate native plants

Richland employees relocate native plants at Claybell Park prior to an improvement project at the site. The park's expansion will include multi-sport fields, new tennis courts, a new parking lot and new restrooms. The $1.5 million project is expected to begin in about two weeks and be completed by the of August.
