Southridge High School in Kennewick is sponsoring a Shoot for The Arc event featuring a dunk contest and a basketball game of Southridge students versus staff.
It starts at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Cost is $3 in advance and $4 at the door.
All of the proceeds will go to The Arc of the Tri-Cities, which promotes the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
There will be a post-game party at Costa Vida restaurant in Kennewick following the game.
Customers who bring their game ticket will receive 10 percent off their order.
