Remodeling and expansion project of Franklin County jail begins

Frontier Fence employees Jose Hernandez, left, and Oscar Rosalez carry a 12-foot panel of temporary construction fence into place Tuesday morning at the intersection of North Fifth Avenue and West Octave Street in Pasco. The were placing the panels around the Franklin County jail construction site and also creating a detour for the remodeling and expansion project which started Monday.
