RICHLAND -- The Tri-City Democrats upcoming meeting will feature guest speaker Jill Mullins, an attorney who focuses on family law issues for gay and lesbian community.

The meeting will begin with a potluck at 6 p.m. Friday at 2505 Duportail St., Richland.

Mullins' presentation will begin at 7 p.m.
