The city of Richland has launched a 24-hour automated phone payment option for utility bills.

Customers can pay their regular bills through the system and also delinquent accounts. To access it, call 942-1104, select "2" and follow the prompts to enter account information.

Customers also can pay online, by mail, in person, through automatic withdrawals from their checking account and through their bank's bill-payer service, a city news release said.
