The bicyclist killed in a collision with a minivan taxi on Wednesday night has been identified as Juan Licon Padilla, 67, of Pasco.
Padilla was a farm laborer born in Colotitlan, Mexico, who had lived in Pasco for one year, according to the funeral home handling arrangements.
He was killed when he was hit by the taxi in the 2200 block of West Lewis Street in Pasco at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday.
Franklin County Coroner Dan Blasdel said Padilla died from massive internal injuries. His death was ruled an accident.
The collision is under investigation.
