March 7 breakfast at TRAC will honor community heroes

By the Tri-City HeraldFebruary 26, 2013

The 11th annual Real Heroes Breakfast will be March 7 at TRAC in Pasco. The event honors community heroes for their selflessness and service to the Tri-Cities in 2012.

The breakfast is organized by the Benton Franklin Chapter of the American Red Cross. This year's event will include a mock fire disaster scene where attendees can witness volunteers and emergency personnel helping disaster victims.

There is no charge, but donations are accepted. The money helps pay for relief efforts in the Tri-City area.

The breakfast is from 6:45 to 8:30 a.m. To make a reservation, call 783-6195, ext. 207.
