Florence Elizabeth Hughes, 81, of West Richland, died Feb. 23 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Boonesville, Va., and lived in the Tri-City area for 52 years.

She was a retired document control manager with Bechtel and HL&P.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
