I am disappointed that Bethel Church in south Richland moved its large illuminated reader board from atop the mount to the border of Keene Road.

One of the quaint aspects of driving Keene Road is that it is an opportunity to have a short drive along Badger Mountain basin without visual clutter. One only has to drive down Gage Boulevard to see the visual garbage that commercial signage has done to that road.

I urge the church to move the sign back up to the hill abutting their parking lot and away from Keene Road.
