Heavy earth moving equipment from E-Mac Corporation in Kennewick works Monday on the south side of Thomspon Hill in Kennewick carving out roads and lots for the new Southcliffe housing subdivision. The 286-acre housing development is scheduled to have lots for 414 single-family homes. The project, to be completed in several phases, is being done by Tri-City developers Milo Bauder and Grant Young. It is west of South Sherman Street and north Hildebrand Boulevard.
