Manufactured home topples on Interstate 82 in gusty winds

Driver Tim Martin, left, and another man who declined to name himself inspect the damaged steel frame of the manufactured home Martin was transporting Monday morning when gusting winds apparently ripped if off the frame. The incident happened in the westbound lanes of Intersate 82 near the Dallas Road interchange. Martin said he had just left Kennewick to deliver the section of the home to a site at Desert Aire.
