Vincent James Gilbert of Kennewick was born Feb. 21 and died the same day at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was the infant son of Richard and Charlette Gilbert of Kennewick.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
