Santiago James Dominguez Jr., 52, of Richland, died Feb. 21 in Richland.

He was born in Ludington, Mich., and was a longtime Valley resident.

He was a retired laborer in agriculture.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
