A spaghetti feed fundraiser for Pasco opera singer Vanessa Vega is from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 23 at the First Lutheran Church, 530 W. Bonneville St., Pasco. Admission is $5.

Vega, a junior at Chiawana High School in Pasco, is headed for two national vocal competitions this spring, the biggest one March 8-10 in Anaheim, Calif.

Vega studies with Tri-City composer and vocal teacher Reginald Unterseher of Kennewick.
