James F. Henderson Sr., supreme governor of the Loyal Order of Moose, will speak at the West Richland Moose Lodge No. 1716 on Van Giesen Street.

A dinner will be held at 5 p.m. today. Dinner will be followed by an award ceremony at 7 p.m. and a speech by Henderson.
