SPOKANE -- Roger Dale Willis, 64, of Kennewick, died Feb. 17 at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.

He was born in Kellogg, Idaho, and lived in Kennewick for 10 years. He was a retired highway construction worker.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
