PROSSER -- Sydney Cecil Fritch Boggs, 80, of Prosser, died Feb. 15 at home in Prosser.

She was born in Indianapolis, Ind., and lived in Prosser for 10 years.

She was the executive director of Jubilee Ministries in Prosser.

Prosser Funeral Home and Crematory, Prosser, is in charge of arrangements.
