Dale R. Fancher, 78, died Feb. 15 at home in Richland.

He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for 44 years.

He was the retired director of finance at Washington State University-Tri-Cities.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
