JOSEPH, Ore. -- Timothy Scott Quinn, 57, of Kennewick, died Feb. 16 in Joseph, Ore.

He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-City area for 33 years.

He was a safeguard security manager for Washington Closure Hanford.
