Math, science contest planned at WSU Tri-Cities
Southeast Washington and Oregon students will compete Saturday at the Department of Energy's Regional High School Science Bowl.
The public can watch students answer science and math questions from 8 a.m. to noon and 2 to 5 p.m. at Washington State University Tri-Cities.
The competition is sponsored by the DOE Pacific Northwest Site Office and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Winners will compete for a spot in the national finals in April.
