1) Recruit those Latinos who want six months salary, then send them back home. 2) Put prisoners who only have a year or two left on their sentence in the fields and put their pay in trust which they receive when released. 3) People on various forms of welfare, food stamps, etc., earn money in the fields. 4) People on unemployment can be employed in the fields. What about high school and middle school students working the summers?
"Jobs Americans are too lazy to do?" Are you kidding? Is the "social justice welfare system" so good and high paying that anyone can say "I don't have to work so I'll sit and watch TV all day?" Our system now allows too many people to pick and choose when they should be working out of necessity. This is a problem that should not be a problem.
