Just out of curiosity, how many farmers utilize the employment system to obtain any workers at all? How many people are collecting unemployment here that havent even attempted to work in the fields?
Granted, you need some motivation and willingness to work hard to succeed in the farming arena, so if we are paying people to sit on their butts using unemployment, quit paying them until they at least try to work at a farm. The farmer will be able to tell right away if the person is able to work or not.
