A cutting-edge approach to address polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs, will be discussed at 6 p.m. Feb. 28 at a meeting of the Eastern Washington Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers.
Adriane Borgias of the Washington State Department of Ecology will talk about the history and regulation of PCBs and changes and solutions to control sources.
The meeting will be held in Conference Rooms A and B of the Richland Library.
