Earl Palmer, longtime senior pastor at University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, will present a series of free lectures, "Sheer Encouragement: A New Exploration of the Letter St. Paul Wrote to the Philippians," on Feb. 22-24.
The schedule is "To Keep my Head Clear," at 7 p.m. Feb. 22; "Alive from the Center," at 10 a.m. Feb. 23; "The Story is not Over," at 7 p.m. Feb. 23; and "To Catch Our Stride," at 8:30 and 11 a.m. Feb. 24. He also will present special C.S. Lewis lecture at 7 p.m. Feb. 24.
The lectures will be at the First Presbyterian Church, 2001 W. Kennewick Ave., Kennewick.
Palmer is the author of 18 books and is recognized as a distinguished Bible teacher and theologian.
