The Inland Northwest Orchestra, under the direction of R. Lee Friese, will give a concert at 7 p.m. Feb. 16 at Hermiston High School, 600 S.E. First St., and at 4 p.m. Feb. 17 at Joseph High School, 400 E. Williams Ave., in Joseph, Ore.

Admission to the concerts is free, but donations to the nonprofit orchestra are welcome.
