BY THE TRI-CITY HERALDFebruary 13, 2013

Five Guys is coming to town, according to the city of Richland's Facebook page.

Five Guys is a fast food burger chain with headquarters in Lorton, Va. The city's post says it'll be in the Queensgate Boulevard area.

The store locator map on the company's Facebook page confirms the Tri-Cities will soon be home to a Five Guys but does not give an address.

A quick check of the Five Guys' website, www.fiveguys.com, shows the menu includes burgers, hot dogs, fries and Coca Cola beverages. Five Guys also offers grilled cheese, veggie and cheese veggie sandwiches.

What makes Five Guys restaurants unique among fast food burger joints is you can customize your burger by picking and choosing among its menu of 15 toppings, which range from the usual to designer -- grilled mushrooms and onions, jalapeno and green bell peppers, steak sauce and hot sauce.

There are 23 Five Guys restaurants in Washington -- three are in Spokane and the rest are on the west side.
