The Benton-Franklin Rental Owners Association will meet Thursday at the Benton PUD building, 2721 W. 10th Ave., Kennewick.

The speaker will be Joe Murphy, general manager of Airfactz Screening in Spokane, discussing, "Evolution of Tenant Screening -- See What has Changed."

There will be a social meeting at 6:30 p.m. The business meeting begins at 7 p.m.
