The location of the Richland post office results in traffic hazards on Jadwin Avenue in front of the Federal Building.

If a new location can be found that provides more effective and safer access at an overall reduction in annual operating cost, it should be pursued.

A location should be selected where it benefits the greatest number of Richland residents. I suspect that is somewhere in south central Richland near the present location, but away from areas of known traffic congestion.
