Washington State University Tri-Cities is offering a Start Smart workshop 6 p.m. Monday at the Tri-Cities Business and Visitor Center, 7130 W. Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick.
Participants will learn about the basics of starting a business. Cost is $25 and includes up to two people.
