A Valentine's Day ball starts at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Shilo Inn, 50 Comstock Ave., Richland.

There will be a no-host social and cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner, games, door prizes and coronation of the 2013 king and queen of the Filipino-American Association of Tri-Cities.
