DAR rummage sale set Saturday in Kennewick

The Kennewick chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is having an "everything must go" rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The sale includes chairs, tables, desks, curtains and household items, as the chapter house is closing. Proceeds will go to the chapter and its veterans' projects.

The sale is at 3013 Kennewick Ave., next to HairMasters.

Daughters of the American Revolution is a nonprofit, nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing better education for children.
