Richland — The Richland School Board will have a special public meeting Thursday morning to continue discussing the search for a new superintendent.

The board will meet at 9 a.m. in the district's administrative offices on Snow Avenue.

Board members fired Superintendent Jim Busey on Jan. 22 after investigating him for two inappropriate relationships he conducted, one with a district employee. The goal is to have a new superintendent hired before the start of the 2013-14 school year.
