The groundhog may see patches of freezing fog back in the Tri-Cities on Saturday.
But he also may see some partly sunny skies after 10 a.m. Groundhog Day, according to the National Weather Service.
Patchy freezing fog is back in the forecast for tonight, Saturday morning, Saturday night and Sunday morning in the Tri-Cities.
If there is enough sunshine for the groundhog to see his shadow Saturday, that means six more weeks of winter weather.
