Richland is doing some temporary rearranging at City Hall.
"In an effort to create a more customer-friendly, one-stop shop, utility billing has relocated across the hall," according to the city's website, www.ci.richland.wa.us.
By the end of February, utility customers, business licensing, animal licensing and other payment transactions will be handled in one location, the city said.
