The Richland School Board will meet at 9:30 a.m. Friday to discuss the search for a new superintendent.
Board members fired Superintendent Jim Busey last week after an investigation that showed he engaged in two inappropriate relationships during his tenure with the district. Board members said the relationships violated the morality clause of Busey's contract.
Busey has denied any wrongdoing and said he only had one relationship with a district employee.
Board members agreed last week to work with the same consulting firm that introduced Busey to the board. The board has said it wants to have a new superintendent installed before the 2013-14 school year begins.
