The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association, Tri-Cities Chapter 1192, will meet at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 6 in Clearwater Room C at the Red Lion Hotel on Columbia Center Boulevard in Kennewick. Lunch and business meeting begin at noon.
