Don Havre of Richland takes his dogs Joey and Sparky for a sunny stroll Sunday along the Columbia River in Kennewick. Monday look for cloudy skies with a chance of snow and a slight chance of rain in the morning, then a slight chance of rain in the afternoon, breezy with highs 40 to 45 according to the National Weather Service.
