Elmer J. Severin, 92, of Richland, died Jan. 26 at Prestige Assisted Living in Richland.

He was born in Omaha, Neb., and lived in Richland for two years.

He was a retired engineer for Seattle City Light.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
