Deadlines are fast approaching for some Multiple Peril Crop Insurance programs, according to U.S. Department of Agriculture's Risk Management Agency.
Jan. 31 is the last date to buy or change Adjusted Gross Revenue Pilot insurance in some counties in Washington, Oregon and Idaho and the last day to submit required documents to continue or change 2013 Adjusted Gross Revenue-Lite insurance for current policy holders, according to a news release.
Feb. 1 is the last day to buy or change crop insurance coverage for 2013 spring planted onions in Washington, Oregon and Idaho and cabbage in Washington and Oregon.
March 15 is the last day to buy or change all other Spring Seeded Multiple Peril Crop Insurance (except for wheat in counties with fall and spring planted wheat) and the last day to buy 2013 Adjusted Gross Revenue-Lite insurance for new policy holders.
