Edward Charles Neumayer, 88, of Richland, died Jan. 20 at Prestige Assisted Living in Richland.

He was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 55 years.

He was a retired electrical engineer for United Nuclear.
