Community Education is offering a free workshop on "Understanding GET."
Participants will learn about the Guaranteed Education Tuition Program, which allows for prepaid college tuition in Washington.
The workshop will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Lincoln Elementary School, 4901 W. 20th Ave., Kennewick.
